By checking "I agree", you are indicating that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined below as they relate to your online purchase from our website.

All exchanges and returns MUST have a valid RMA number, see the "About Us" section of our website for information on obtaining a valid RMA number. We WILL decline packages without a valid RMA number.

I. Refunds Policy
  • We offer full refunds on our product(s) if you ship the product(s) back to us in its original condition and notify us of your intent within 45 days of the order leaving our warehouse. Products returned after 45 days will be subject to a 15% restocking fee
  • We are not responsible for any shipping and handling charges required to transport the product(s) from your home to our warehouse unless: (i) you have purchased product insurance on your order -or- (ii) we shipped the wrong product(s) to you (this is not applicable if you ordered the wrong product)
  • Under no circumstances will we provide refunds on any product(s) that has been assembled by you or someone working for you. In certain cases, we may agree to exchange the product instead (see Section II) provided the product was assembled correctly. Please check the product before assembling

II. Exchange Policy
  • We will exchange a product for another of equal or less value (and refund any difference to you) if you ship the product(s) back to us in its original condition and notify us of your intent within 45 days of the order leaving our warehouse. Products exchanged after 45 days will be subject to a 15% restocking fee
  • We are not responsible for any shipping and handling charges required to transport the product(s) to our warehouse from your home unless (i) you have purchased shipping insurance on your order -or- (ii) we shipped the wrong product(s) to you (this is not applicable if you ordered the wrong product)
  • In all exchanges, we will be responsible for shipping the exchanged product from our warehouse to your home

III. Damaged Merchandise
  • You must first document and submit a claim with the package courier for any product damages. We can provide assistance in filing a claim if you are not familiar with the process
  • If, after reasonable effort, you are unable to secure a claim with the courier, the damaged product will be governed by the same policy as a product exchange (see Section II)

IV. Online Ordering Policy

  • Online prices and deals displayed on our website are subject to change without notice. We do not provide any price guarantees due to the number of manufacturers and distributors who product, market, and sell products similar (but not identical) to ours; however, we will consider price match proposals if you provide legitimate quotes for products of similar build and quality from a reputable vendor, contact us for details
  • If you order items that are no longer in stock, we may ship your items separately based on availability. You may purchase items that are *On Order* to reserve one for your order, but it may delay fulfillment of your order by 4-8 weeks
  • We will hold orders paid by eCheck or personal check until your bank clears the transaction and the funds are deposited
  • Fraudulent transactions will be forwarded to the proper authorities and perpetrators will be prosecuted to the full extend allowed by law, which includes imprisonment, fines, or both
